- pre production check
- initial production check
- during production check
- final random inspection.
InfrastructureWe are having the facility of our own dyeing unit in the name of ''''v.p. Colors'''' since 1990 and now turn into our in-house dyeing unit is considered as our great strength. And having technology of re-wash in order to meet the following test characteristics: dye-stuffs :eco friendly / apeo color fastness to washing: change in color: 4-5 staining on cotton: 4-5 color fastness to rubbing : dry : 4 wet : 3-4 color fastness to light: 3-4 weaving and the stitching are outsourced by long term join-hand with well operational production units in order to meet the mass production. Hence, icon impex have the fully confidence to provide you the much better quality, competitive price and have the capacity to meet the big orders in short time. Quality checking will be carrying out by the quality control inspectors from the beginning to container stuffing as per the "aql" method based on the on-line inspection for the fabric out put, in-line inspection for the measurement and the final inspection for the finished goods with packing in the surface of 7500 sq.ft.
