ELITE ply is prepared by specially selected seasoned wood that gives the strength and durability to customer. Also it is bonded with superior quality phenol formaldehyde resin to make it boiling water resistant. The ply is totally power pressed to overcome anti warp and anti cracks. It contains certain chemicals which makes it termite resistant, borer resistant and fungus free which assures a life time trouble free performance.
The company adheres to strict quality checks at every stage of production, from the acquisition of the raw material to the final finishing. We believe in continuous improvement of our products. In the glue, we mix a measured proportion of anti-insect toxicants to prevent borer attack from inside into the cellulose and resist external attack. We make our own anti-insect glue to prevent ply and boards from borer, termite, fungus and any other insects. Elite ply, boards and doors are made of hard-wood , which are more resistant to termite and fungus. Elite boards and doors are all-weather proof, because timber is seasoned with controlled parameters of temperature and time at our modern seasoning kiln chambers. Plywood is dried in mechanical jet driers, and finally pressed in a hydraulic hot press. Quality of resin plays a key role in bonding of plywood. ''Elite Ply'' easily qualifies for BWR Boiling Water Resistant using PF liquid resin, manufacturing at our own plant.
