What we do at Sagacity We are a team of Architects and Civil Engineers based in Chennai. Our brainchild Sagacity originated with a vision to design buildings and built environments that are significant and also serve to benefit the lives of the people for whom they have been designed. Our goal is to practice architecture as a relevant and responsive medium that accommodates theoretically significant design and concurrently integrates the realities of construction, budget and codes in design solution.

As a young Architecture and Design Consulting Firm, we seek to produce a unique piece of architecture and design by amalgamating the latest methodologies of architectural design and theory with the realities of construction, building codes and real estate development.

Our model making services encompass a diverse range, from quick study models, to super-detailed presentation display models, for any type of projects, large or small. Our study models have been used as design aids when nothing but an actual three dimensional representation will do to ensure that one''s vision of a project is in fact what is being developed.

Dhayananth.G the principal Archiect of SAC, is a registered Architect from the Council Of Architecture, India, CA/2009/45416, who earned a B.Arch degree from School Of Architecture and Planning, Anna University, Chennai. He completed his professional Practice in Third Space Architecture Studios at Belgaum and Banglore, Stephaun Paumier Architects at Delhi, and Oasis Design Inc Delhi. He worked for quite a few architects, builders and developers throughout India. Our company has rendered its services to more than seventy five clients, which include various Commercial Outfits, Industries, Institutions, Resorts, Residences, Apartments, Public/Private Sector Organizations, Government Departments and so on, all over India since 2007.
