We manufacture and export a wide range of air brake hose assemblies that are made from superior quality raw materials and are manufactured as per SAE J-14G2 specification. The end connections of the assemblies are manufactured as per customer's specification & drawing. Finding their application in air braking system of light and heavy vehicles, our range of air brake assemblies is available in sizes of 1/4" ID to 1H ID.

Our range of brake and clutch hose assemblies is designed and developed as per SAE J-1-401 specification. The end connection is manufactured with suitable steel grades. Hydro testing of assemblies is done at proof pressure and comes in a range of 1/8" & 3/16" ID. These assemblies are periodically tested on various whip test, pull test and burst test. Our range of brake and clutch house assemblies are used for hydraulic braking system of vehicles.

We manufacture a wide range of exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) & oil drain pipes that are manufactured from SS 304/ SS 430 materials procured from reliable manufacturers. In order to ensure proper flexibility, we provide flexible bellows in between the pipes with standard or customized end connection. Our range of exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) & oil drain pipes find their application in automobile engines for high temperature and vibration absorption.

We manufacture a high pressure/injection pipe assemblies that are made from superior quality raw materials that is procured from Germany. We manufacture a wide range of hydraulic hose assemblies that are manufactured as per SAE and DIN STD. The end connection is manufactured on CNC m/c ft controlled through GO, NOGO gauges. These assemblies are available in sizes of 1/8" to 3". Our engineers ensure 100 % pressure testing at specified pressure. These assemblies find their application in air, water, oil, chemical transfer and power steering assemblies.

Our array of low pressure hose assemblies is duly steel/nylon braided. Available in a range from jizej 1/4" ID to 1-1/2" ID, these assemblies are tried and tested in order to leave no loopholes for leakages. Manufactured as per customer specification, our low pressure hose assemblies find their application in oil, miter, vacuum, air and fuel lines.

We manufacture and offer a wide range of machined & forged components as adapters two way, three way, brazed & welded components. Made from superior quality stainless steel and steel in different grades as ENIA, 152062, 55304, brass, the raw materials are procured from reputed names. Our quality controllers control use superior gauges & instruments. These machines components come in duly coated with zinc dichromate/ green passivated and maintain desired surface coating.

We manufacture and export a wide range of PTFE hose assemblies that can be customized according to the clients' specifications of working pressure and temperature. For protection and pressure withstanding, one braid of 300 series SS wire braiding is provided to these assemblies. Capable of withstanding continuous flexing, vibration & impulse, our range of PTFE hose assemblies find their application in high temperature and inert application in automobile, chemical avid pharmaceutical PTFE hose. Our range is available in sizes of 1/4" ID to 2" ID.

We manufacture a wide rage of tube components that are made from superior quality steel and stainless steel. Bending is controlled through CNC bending m/c to maintain profile and the child parts including the flanges, clips and benjo's are brazed through skilled workmen. We offer our range of tube components in range between 4mm diameter to 76 mm diameter diameter tube. Designed to perfection, our products find their application in automobile industry for air brake routing, bundy tubes, benjo brazed engine components, oil and fuel line components.
