About Us

Sperry Group with a growth history of over 30 years has excelled globally in the field of plastics by providing raw materials, components & machineries. We have recently added adhesives also to our product basket. We have four strategically located sprawling plants at Greater Noida (UP), Bahadurgarh (Haryana), Chennai (Tamil Nadu) & Jammu (J & K).

Our Compounding Plants have state of art production & testing facilities, which have made us the largest supplier of Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) Compounds in the country catering mainly to Footwear Industry, besides being a major player in Polypropylene (PP) based compounds for automobiles Industry, Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) Compounds for FMCG segment & High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) compounds for Appliances sector & Engineering Plastic Compounds for Electrical & Electronics Industry.
Our Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) compounds & Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) compounds are exported to a large number of Asian & European countries and are used in upper end finished products that are further exported to European & North American markets.
We have entered into a Joint Venture with Sound group of China for setting up Injection Moulding Machine assembling Plant in India. We have already sold over 400 Injection Moulding Machine in a period of 2 years including India''s largest Injection Moulding with a clamping force of 3800 Tons as a Turnkey Project.

Our brand SPERENE consists of various tailor made compounds based on the chemistries of Styrene Block Copolymers (SBC), Styrene Ethylene Butylene Styrene (SEBS), Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), Polyolefins (TPO), Polystyrenes, Nylons, Polycarbonate and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS).

Tailored compounds based on the Polyolefins
(Polyethylene & Polypropylene) chemistry modified by elastomers (SBC, EPDM, HNBR) and mechanically reinforced with different types of fillers (CaCo3, Mica, Talc, Glass fibers).

SPERENE HP: Engineering Plastics Compounding
High performance engineering plastics compound based on the chemistries of nylon 6 & 66, polycarbonate, PBT, ABS and blends modified with different additives & fillers specifically for end use properties requirements.

Infrastructure

Jammu Plant
Jammu Plant is spread over an area of 3.5 acres. The Plant houses the Compounding Division catering to the requirement of customers in the North region & export markets, especially in the Footwear segment & the Appliances sector. It also houses the Engineering Division where Injection Moulding Machines are assembled, manufactured in Joint Venture with Sound Group, China.

BahadurGarh Plant
Bahadurgarh Plant is the first Plant of the Sperry Group spread over an area of one acres, the Plant caters to the requirements of compounds of customers in the North region, especially in the Appliances Sector.

Greater Noida Plant
Greater Noida Plant is spread over an area of 3 acres. This Plant caters to compounds requirements of customer in North, East & West regions & export markets, especially in the Footwear & FMCG Segments & Electrical & Electronics Industry.

Chennai Plant
Chennai Plant is spread over an area of 3 Acres. This Plant houses the Compounding Division catering to the requirements of South based customers & export markets, especially in the Footwear segment. It also houses the Adhesives Division where adhesives are manufactured in Joint Venture with Wictor Group of Italy, catering to the growing requrement of Adhesives especially in the Footwear segment.
