V-staar engineering services started in 2001 with aim to provide good engineering design from concept to solution in the field of bulk material handling. Now also doing detailing of structural buildings / items required for various fields.
The team of engineers and draftsmen under the guidance of mr.g.ilangovan had contributed to the growth of the company in these 8 years. Mr. G. ilangovan has vast experience of about 19 years in bulk material handling design & engineering in various industries including iron & ore, coal, baggase, wood chips, chemicals, etc., Having experience in indian standards and british standards for bulk material handling.

In addition to it v staar had been providing engineering services to overseas clients like ae automotion (m) sdn.bhd, malaysia for past 8 years.
V-staar has trained its staff to match the international standards for design & engineering and the team has two (2) engineers and six (6) draftsmen .

Design and detailing of bulk material handling systems involving belt conveyors, elevators, screw conveyors, cleated belt conveyors, chain conveyors etc.,
Design and detailing of hoppers, storage bins, silos
Design and detailing of transfer towers, structural buildings, gallerys (gantrys), trestles
Material flow chutes, rack and pinion gates, jaw gates, flap gates and related mechanical items for conveyors
CAD conversion of mechanical and structural items.
