We use independent labs to analyze the raw material upon receiving if needed. * Hardening foil is imported from the U.S. and of consistent quality. * Buffing wheels and buffing compounds which are imported from U.S. are best suited for the use of medical grade stainless steel. * We have the latest in etching equipment so as to provide a superior finish to our products. * We use imported packaging pouches from Europe to pack and sterilize our products. * All imported materials are from practically ISO & / Or CE Mark companies. * Our packaging clean room has been designed to provide us with a completely dust free environment with positive air pressure and controlled humidity levels for proper packaging. All employees strictly abide to quality control guide lines. * Our process traveler controls work order, quality, due date etc. Also each stage of ongoing process includes sample inspection or complete inspection. Final inspection is done per procedure in order to reject, rework or acceptance. * Packing, Stocking and shipping department works with the quality control manager and procurement manager. * Our product has been experimented on Pig Eye to check the cutting quality level in U.S. Cutting quality information is constantly taken from doctors and users.

The unit is on the outskirts of the city with very easy access to major highways and the city. Its location is therefore ideal because it is secluded enough to be in a very clean environment yet is close enough for easy access. The design of the unit and its surrounding walls has been made so as to minimize the amount of dust on the premises. We have comprehensive guidelines in place to keep the entire manufacturing unit clean and hygienic at all times. Our overall setup will meet small to large quantity without compromising quality.
