Being a quality conscious organization, we always strive to achieve excellence in the quality of the yarns, fabrics and garments manufactured by us. This, in turn, depends on the quality of the raw material used in the manufacturing process. Thus, our team of cotton selectors works under the guidance of supervisors to select optimum quality of Kapas or raw cotton for creating our assortment of yarns, fabrics and garments.
Starting from the procurement of raw material upto the final stage of packaging and dispatch of the finished product, our quality analysts maintain a strict vigil and conduct quality checks. Post the cutting of each lot of fabric, all the cut parts are thoroughly inspected to ensure that only optimum quality pieces are further sent to the stitching unit. Further, we also check the packaging of the final consignment before dispatching it to the client, so as to ensure that the packaging done is in accordance with the demands of the clients.
In order to implement total quality control, we have made huge investments in buying hi-tech instruments from various reputed manufacturers like Zellweger USTER. We have set up a quality-testing laboratory at each of our manufacturing units, to ensure that the yarns, fabrics, garments and organic cotton offered by us are at par with the international quality standards.
