WNEL a subsidiary of RIL, a professionally Managed Company based in Chandigarh as real estate developers since 1998. RIL has successfully completed five projects & provided 1600 built up houses in the last 7 years in Chandigarh periphery. WNEL decided to diversify their activities into technical textile industry in the year 2005 by taking over Arpan Vinyl (P) Ltd., which is into the manufacturing of PVC Sheeting, films & Rexsin and starting 2006 launched the company WNEL which has the largest capacity plant to produce both 1.6 m & 3.2 mt PP Spun bond non-woven cloth, with wide range of colour choice.

WNEL has also setup Ist fully equipped plant of dry Processed PU and Wet processed PU Synthetic leather making line in India. We have the best formulation technicians to manufacture PU Synthetic leather of any kind and any design.
