ALFA Cast Iron Straight Edges are widely used for setting up and leveling machinery and for checking and spotting bearing surfaces during hand scraping operations. Properly supported, they may be used with various indicating devices to check surface flatness of large machined areas like Surface Tables, Machine Tables and Bed, Machine ways etc.

FOR CHECKING CONCENTRICITY OF PCD OF GEARS

For inspecting concentricity and cumulative error of gears with respect to gear axis. A set of locating balls cover the range of modules (1.5 to 7) and the corresponding diametrical pitches.

Base made of fine grain Black Granite. Precision comparator stand with fine adjustment consists of a strong and rigid parallel ring assembly locks with knurled knob. Heavy duty comparator with threaded and ground pillar bracket assembly provide extra rigidity for heavy duty application.
