We would like to inform you that our company has ISO 9001 : 2000 Certified by RWTUV- GERMANY. Also we are approved with DGQA, MAZGAON DOCK, MECON, PDIL, LLYODS, BVIS, DNV, CEIL, TDC, NTPC, BHEL, NPCIL, BAXCOUNCIL and others.
As a backward integration we have set up various foundries (A) Foundry for S/Steel, WCB etc with capacity of 110 Kw / 285 Kg. (B) Foundry for Aluminum & Bronze. (C) A cupola furnace for Cast Iron (Gr. 22/24/26) with a capacity a single piece casting of 400 Kg. (D) an induction furnace for "Investment Casting" of 125 Kw having capacity of 150 Kg per piece can be made. This foundry has Duct able Air Conditioning Plant for better dimensional controls. Moreover we have in-house Dies / Mould and Pattern shop.
Further, we are also API 6D company and bearing ISI mark for our Butterfly Valves up to 600 mm.
