Ascent Packaging Systems

Automatic L Sealer is used to automatically wrap products in centrefolded film. The centrefolded film is inverted and opened by inverting triangles at the top and bottom of the in-feed conveyor that allows the product travelling on the conveyor to move inside the film. The product is detected by electronic eyes and advances into the sealing area with the film where it is automatically sealed inside the film by a hotknife sealing system. The machine is easily adjusted for width and height to suit the product. Machine operation is controlled by PLC. Automatic L Sealer can be used with a variety of shrink films. It is capable of producing speeds of up to 2000 packages per hour depending on the product size and type of film used.

The ascent Packaging Systems have developed a L-sealer for heavy-duty use with latest technology of Sealing & Cutting. We have replaced L-sealer with Bottom sealing systems is fitted in Asbestos rod to reduce maintenance. Adjustable working platform to pack upto 8" -10? height of product.
