Kangaroo has keen color aesthetics. To achieve precision in colour, it operates its own dyeing factory THIRUMAGAL DYEING WORKS. The in house dyeing factory adheres to high quality control standards. This unit is well equipped with the latest cabinet dyeing machines and has a whopping production capacity of 3700 kgs /day. A proficient team with expertise in the field manages the unit.
Only Azo free dye materials are used in the dyeing process. As a testimonial to the high standard, the facility has obtained Oeko - Tex Standard Certificate from Certification Body Hohenstein India Pte. Ltd., and Approved Manufacturing Practice Certificate from METRO Group Buying.
The weaving factory is installed with high-speed looms of various sizes. This facility satisfies 60% - 70% of the total fabric requirement. The rest is outsourced from reputed contracted loom owners solely dedicated to Kangaroos requirement. The weaving facility is built amidst 4 acres of greenery and is housed in 6 sheds, each 5000sq.mts and well ventilated .
