Pro-Pack Materials Pte Ltd was incorporated in December 1984 as a private owned Company in the Republic of Singapore.
Since incorporation, we are in industrial products distributions business, specialized in supplying cleanroom and electrostatic control products. Major lines of products are packaging materials, workstation and cleanroom accessories, garments, ESD test and measurement equipment, calibration services and training on ESD-related topics.
Our technical engineers are trained to calibrate and repair ESD test and measurement equipment, traceable to NIST / PSB. The laboratory is in the process of pursuing accreditation from Singapore Accreditation Council. Our laboratory personnel had been the consultant to PSB on the set up of their ESD testing laboratory located at Science Park. We also assisted Setsco Service Pte Ltd to set up their ESD testing laboratory in 2002.
Besides sales and services in the region, we had also invested in manufacturing of packaging materials in Ipoh, production of cleanroom garments in Batam and Johor, cleanroom laundry services in Batam.
ESD Garment and Cleanroom Laundry
Pro-Pack has its ESD garment production in Batam and Johor, fabric are imported from Korea, Taiwan and USA.
A cleanroom laundry facility in Batam commenced operation in August 2000. The 500 sq ft. Class 100 set up was initiated to compliment the garment production and it was certified by PSB. In December 2002, we have started ESD garment laundry facility in Johor to meet the expanding needs of ESD laundry in the territory.
