iNORI (Innovative Opinion Research India) headquartered in Chennai, India was initially called as Dakshin Research founded by K.K Thyagarajan, in the year 1991. Thyagarajan has more than 40 years of experience which includes 25 years service with Operations Research Group (ORG) and 5 years with Center for Marketing & Advertising Research (C-MARC). The primary focus of Dakshin Research was to provide PAN India data collection and data processing services. In 1998, Dakshin started providing analysis and research report services to cater the needs and requirements of growing industries. Dakshin addressed quantitative and qualitative research and analysis requirements of various service sectors and product manufacturing companies. Apart from B2B and B2C industry verticals, Dakshin has covered Government and NGO sectors also.
Dakshin was renamed as Innovative Opinion Research India (iNORI) in the year 2007, to expand service spectrum to international markets and provide Market Research Outsourcing (MRO) and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) solutions. iNORI has an extensive field network across India and sales & delivery operations in U.S & U.K. iNORI started working in South East Asia markets (Malaysia & Singapore) through partnership tie-up with leading research agency. The Market Research Outsourcing (MRO) and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) engagements are executed at the India Knowledge Center office in Chennai.
