It also have to the credit ATEX approval for the factory (again by DNV). The Engineering & Design Dept. is equipped with sophisticated software for simulation of explosion. It put in continuous efforts in design improvement while reducing the cost, which is a WIN WIN situation for the customers. The extensive range of Exd products can broadly be classified as under: 1. Electrical Equipment: Lighting, Junction boxes, switches, control stations, plug & sockets. 2. Electrical Control Panels, LDBs, PDBs & switchgear panels. 3. Instrumentation Equipment, Orifice plates & nozzles etc. 4. LPG hot air sealing equipment : for sealing the LPG cylinders (both fixed and portable). 5. Exd Communication Equipment telephones, paging systems, hooters, annunciation panels, flashers, howlers and many more. It also undertake customization of the Ex proof enclosures in line with the components to be housed by the customer. In addition to the above, it offer value added service of Lighting calculation on a chargeable basis. It can boast of having innovated the portable Hot Air LPG sealing equipment for which it have received the design patent.
