Each CAE Rock Drill is made with great precision keeping in mind the smallest details so that it performs with the greatest reliability and power. Each spare part of the rock drill is made using only the best raw material and accurately machined on CNC Machines. These are perfectly heat treated and ground with the closest tolerance that are required for the best performance in the rock drill.

CAE Airline Lubricator is exclusively designed to provide sufficient lubrication so as to ensure smooth working and prevent frictional wear on the piston. Due to insufficient oil which is frictional wear, the piston in the average Rock Drill reciprocates about 1600 to 2000 times per minute.

Other internal parts move at corresponding rates, so frictional wear can be considerable. Friction produces heat and because of this factor it causes real trouble. Even with fine metallurgy, lack of oil can produce heat, it is enough sufficient to cause minute surface cracks that may result in complete breakage of the parts. So, it is suggested to use of Airline lubricators so as to overcome the problems.

The air system of Wagon Drill is designed for the high working pressures now used in high performing down-the-hole rock drills. The powerful separate rotation motor ensures uniform and reliable performance also in drilling long holes.

To compensate for ground slopes the feed can be tuned 20° laterally in both directions.

The need for vibrating equipment on concrete work is well catered by the CAE range of pneumatic machines. Since it has the advantage of safety, ruggedness and high frequency over electric motor or petrol engine driven vibrators. It is recommended for walls and columns and for heavy floor and roof slabs.
