High quality, fast-drying one-pack micaceous iron oxide

paint with very good resistance to weather effects and

industrial atmosphere. Due to its mechanical stability,

MONOFLEX DS G203 may be applied as a prefabrication

coating. Thermal resistance up to 80 °C dry heat.

Areas of Application

Steel constructions, specially in structural engineering, such

as bridges, railings, pylons, hot dip galvanized objects, etc.

Conventional and airless spraying, brushing and rolling.

To prevent streaking and achieve an optically pleasing

appearance when using paints containing micaceous iron

oxide, it is recommended that the final coat be sprayed, or

rolled or brushed in one direction only.

Do not apply at temperatures below + 5 °C. Surface

temperature must be at least 3 °C above dew point to

prevent moisture condensation during application.

Can be recoated with MONOFLEX DS G203 after 12 hours

at 20 °C.

DUOPOL EP C100 Two-pack lead and chromate free epoxy primer with

excellent adhesion, high film build, mechanical stability and

chemical resistance. Especially suitable as a primer for the

DUPLEX method (zinc and paint). Thermal resistance up to

140 °C dry heat.

Areas of Application

Primer for chemical industry plants, power plants, steel

constructions, bridges, waste disposal plants, vehicle and

machine construction. May also be used as intermediate

coat on DUOPOL Z60.

Tested and certified as primer for Pyroplast

ST100 +

ST200 fire protective coats.

Application and addition of thinner

Conventional and airless spraying, brushing and rolling. May

also be applied by electrostatic spraying.

Do not apply at temperatures below + 10 °C. Surface

temperature must be at least 3 °C above dew point to

prevent condensation during application.

Can be recoated with DUOPOL EP C100 or top coats at

20 °C after 15 hours at the earliest.

Fresh hot dip galvanized steel: must be dust blasted.

Weathered hot dip galvanized steel: Remove areas of

corrosion mechanically; oil, grease and dirt must be

removed with cleaning thinner.
