We are in the Textile trade since 1971. We are known for our prompt supply and quality products. Our clients have always stayed with us since they started purchasing from us. We have a very strict quality control for our manufacturing process which takes into account all minute details from the Yarn sorting to the final weaving. We also have strict final inspection before goods leave our factories. We are known to carry sufficient stocks in many colors to cater to the immidiate requirement of clients. We also undertake specialised orders to suit our customer requirement. Our Group consists of highly skilled personnel who are trained well in ensuring that the customers are satisfied. We also have a very good and efficient communiaction system wherein the customer is kept informed periodically about his order status till the final despatch date. This way we have been able to offer our prompt services to all our clients giving them no room for complaint. Our fabrics are sold under the brand name of "ORTFAB & KOHINOOR SILK". We are equipped with 32 Power looms and 55 Rapier looms of the latest tecnology with in house twisting and warping arrangements. We also have a well established contract weaving arrangement for some of our products to cater to the growing requirements of our customers.

We have a strict quality control on the yarn purchased, this yarn is taken in batches for the dyeing and further process of twisting and warping.Later after the process of warping is complet we take the yarn to the weaving section where the fabric is woven. All the looms are automated wherein even if one thread breaks, the looms stop automatically so that the weaver can take corrective steps before proceeding this way 90% of the defects are controlled at the loom stage itself. When the fabrics are taken out from the weaving section to the final inspection section, they are mended and packed to leave for our Gowdowns. aLL our inventories are computerised and stock status is available online to all the concerned staff in the management. This way we are able to communicate more effectively with accurate information on avaibility of our fabrics to our Buyers regarding their orders or enquiries.

Our factory is located on 2 acres of land with builtup area of 1,50,000 sq feet. All the process of manufacture are clearly demarkated. Our manufacturing capacity is 1 lakh meters per month. Our Factory is located in the South of Bangalore on Bannerghatta Road. Our warehousing facility is at our factory premises and also in the city centre. Our factory employs 200 people in total apart from 30 managerial staff.
