Sakar Electrical Enterprises is a dream project of Col Deepak Mohin, which was conceived while he was still in service. He has sought pre-matured retirement in Jul 1997, after 27 years of distinguished service in the Armed Forces. Being an Electrical Engineering Graduate from a Regional Engineering College, he has acquired great skills in Technical and Administrative Management techniques, while serving in the elite Corps of SIGNALS, a highly technical Corps of the Army, for almost 3 decades.
The construction work of the project was completed in January 1998 and it became operational in March 1998. Keeping the present trends and requirements in mind, all modern techniques and systems have been in-built and the discipline, dedication and hard work of the Army has been imbibed in the plant as a backbone to it
