Punjab Electrical Industries (PEI) take up:
Rewind, Repair, Refurbish and Overhauling & Servicing of HT/LT AC Motor Stators/Rotors, Alternators & DC Motors & Generators.
We re-design & upgrade the motors, generators, transformers.
Re-staggering & re-stacking of the Stators & Rotors core laminations, replacement / renewal of Squirrel cage rotor bars.
Rewinding solutions are provided with an assurance of minimum efficiency loss with a rewound motor.

PEI Is Equipped with Testing Facilities Such As:
Tan-Delta & Capacitance Test Set.
AC High Voltage Test Set.
Surge Comparison & DC Hi-Pot Test Set.
Test Bench for Transformer Parameters.
BDV Testing M/c for Transformer Oil.
Transformer Oil Filtration & De-hydration Machine.

PEI is in this business since 1962 & has been serving the industry with utmost perfection & guarantee.

PEI makes Pre-Formed Coils for HT Motors, Armature & Field Coils as per the drawing & requirement of the customer.

PEI do take-up repair & replacement of rotor shaft of various capacities of motors & other rotating equipment. Overhead cranes up to the capacity of 15/20 MT are available to handle the equipment under repair.

PEI Specialize in repair & re-metalizing of worn out shaft surface, bearing & coupling seats etc., by TAFA Arc Spray, a Technology from U.S.A.

Dynamic Balancing of Rotating Equipment weighing up to 20MT capacity at ONE Micron accuracy is done on Sophisticated Dynamic Balancing Machines.

PEI is also engaged in manufacturing of small Power Distribution Transformers up to the rating of 2000KVA, 11/0.433KV.

We take pride to have customers in Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan & Delhi, especially from State Government's Thermal Power Plants & IOCL, Mathura Refinery.

PEI had managed a full fledged Work Shop facility at the SITE of IOCL, Mathura Refinery for 2 (two) Years.

PEI has the capacity to provide, maintain & manage the facility of well equipped work shop but only require the facility of an overhead crane from its customer.

PEI is now Enlisted & Empanelled with Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited, Western Region, Nagpur. M/s BHEL has registered PEI for carrying out jobs for Rewinding of HT & LT Motors for 4 (four) years effective from 21-22/01/2010.
