Vanspec Skylight secondary structures are made of specially designed architectural
high quality aluminium profiles with alloy 63400 as per IS Standards. During the
development of the profiles the company has taken into full account the multifunctional
application possibilities in design, durability and aesthetical demands, which one may
make upon light transmitting constructions. The result is that almost any design can be
realized with the same basic profiles. Upon request the aluminium profiles can be powder
coated and anodised in various colours.

All necessary profiles are fully prepared in such a way that a rapid assembly of skylight
is possible. The basic structure is made of mild steel consists of welded design, bolted
design or nodular design. The nodes may be cast or hot forged. They may also be finished
in a variety of attractive colours by powder coating, chroming or enamel painting.
All fastening materials are made of corrosion resistant steel. The gaskets are made of
high quality silicone coated E.P.D.M. as they are unaffected by long term exposure to
Ozone, U.V. radiations, extreme temperatures and many corrosive chemicals. Every
other product used is matching to international standards. Vanspec offers its services
from conceptualisation to design to structural analysis. It?s technical support department
