A.POWER OF ATTORNEY

The employer shall furnish Overseas Job Link.Com Management by Professional Management Services & Company (ISO 9001 2008 Certified Organization) Approved by Govt. of India with the power of attorney to supply Indian manpower including meeting up of all the necessary formalities with regards to visas from respective embassy, medical checkup, and signing of service agreements etc. This power of attorney must be attested by the embassy of India situated into the country of employment and endorsed by its Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Foreign Affairs.

B.DEMAND LETTER

The Employer / Principal will formally issue a demand letter in favour of Professional Management Services & Company, stating the job categories, number of workers required in each category, monthly salary, duration of contract, and other amenities for workers such as food, medical, transport, air passage, NRI Insurance, accommodation etc.

The demand letter must be endorsed by the countries and finally attested by the embassy of India in the country of employment.



C. VISA ADVISE

The visa advise should reach to the Professional Management Services & Company for its presentation to the concerned embassy in order to ensure expeditions action.

D.AUTHORITY LETTER

The Employer / Principal will issue a letter of authority in favour of Professional Management Services & Company addressed to the Consulate General of the concerned embassy in India, info
