We use quality raw material. Mostly hook are used for Catching fish, and Vegetable are procured by Pick and pack method in Farms itself. We procure our products from Indian shores and south Indian Agriculture. Various attribute of or product ranges are:

Facilitated with a back support of wide distribution network, we are capable to deliver our product and assure an uninterrupted flow of quality product. With deep insights in this industry, we offer wide variety of quality products to our global clients. Our merchandisers, monitors everything right from taking the order from our clients to shipment. We stand for financial transparency, managerial accountability & thereby we also prepare weekly reports highlighting products status and shipping information.

We have the facility of cold storage to maintain their freshness and quality. We ensure to keep it at controlled temperature level so that our products retain their taste, nutrient along with the freshness. We have two Branches in Nagarcoil and Tuticorin.

We have recruited Gardens and Flower Spinning Workers and Experienced Vegetable packing workers. We pick and pack the vegetables at the garden itself. Other range of our products are packed in the Air conditioned Godown. The transportation vehicle used is air conditioned Cargo which takes the supplies to Airport to maintain Cold Chain at the time Local Transport.

Packaging

Our packaging has been a major point in our success as the products we export are highly perishable and thus need lot of care and attention. Packaging of fish is done as per the Chilled fish packing procedures. We maintain 5 degree Celsius temperature. Vegetables are also packed in cottons. Flowers are packed making the use of Gel Ice packs. We try to maintain the temperature at –5 degree Celsius for 70 hours and keep the flower buds closed till the packing are opened. We also provide the facility of customized packaging.

Raw material collected from sources is brought in insulated vehicles to the raw material receiving section of the factory. Bacteriological and organoleptic inspection is carried out by the quality control section to ensure the acceptability of the material for production.

After the raw material is approved for production, they are brought to the re-processing unit. The material is pre-processed as per the requirement, graded, weighed, Cleaned and brought to the processing section where they are checked thoroughly, weighed, glazed, filled. The product is packed and labeled accordingly and kept in the cold store till the final dispatch. We have our own plant for chilling fish. It includes cold Storage and Packing Room facilities.

From processing to packaging, all processes are carried under hygiene and sanitary conditions.

This assures that the product is of dependable quality. We perform various tests like Anti Bacterial Test, Temperature test at each lot.
