At Synergy, we believe in focusing on the journey rather than the destination. If one looks across the journey of Synergy, they will begin to realize the immense amount of talent, knowledge and resources that our members bring to the table. We have a unique opportunity to capture these resources and position Synergy as a leader in the Biopharmaceutical segment.
Achievement of the goals outlined in the strategic vision is very exciting and we have moved forward on several goals already. Recent achievement was the recognition in the India Leadership Conclave Awards as an ‘Upcoming Biopharma Group-2009’. I am honored to work with a very dedicated team of individuals who have devoted hundreds of hours collectively over the past years, outside of their day jobs, to ensure that the strategic vision is realized.
The future prospects of Synergy are tremendous. We are establishing collaborations with the International leaders in the segment we operate. The collaborations with established International biopharmaceuticals like Kamada Ltd, Israel, Human Biologicals Co. Ltd., Hungary, Kedrion s.p.a., Italy, and Leading Government Enterprises for Vaccines and Biopharmaceuticals in China and others will continue to build Synergy from what it is today
