Offering hydraulic coining press machine :
This master steel fabricated body hydraulically operated 300 tons press specially is designed for minting gold and silver coins and medals.
This is an upstroke hydraulic coining press with higher ram travel speed and with extra hydraulic cylinder for return stroke to increase the production.
This coin minting press is equipped with hydraulic power pack consisting of piston pump, electric control panel board operated directional control valve, relief valve, pressure gauge and standard hydraulic accessories.
This hydraulic coining press can be operated through the control panel board or manually with foot pedals and has the provision to adjust the final coining pressure. A timer is provided to adjust the time for which the pressure remains applied before return stroke.
The hydraulic coin minting press is available in various capacities from 100 tons to 300 tons and special presses can be designed to meet specific demands.

Offering hollow jewelery making plant :
Master double operator high vacuum suction buff polishing machines are ideal for polishing gold and silver jewelery.
This is an extremely efficient machine with multiple filter system instead of a single sack system. Also in addition to the main suction blower and the filter bag recovery system, we have also provided for secondary filtration system on the back side of the machine.
This vacuum buff polishing suction system is very effective and efficient and gives excellent recovery. This vacuum buff polishing machine has a central suction motor of 2.0 hp and is supplied complete with two numbers independently running polishing motors of 0.75 hp capacity.
The polishing motors are of high 2800 rpm speed for better polishing results and have individual on/off with work light attachments. The filtration chamber is provided with a pull back dust recovery tray for easy operation.

Rolling heads of master lock forming machines are manufactured using precision machined components consisting of hardened and ground shafts running in needle roller bearing, a hardened gear train, hardened and blackened alloy steel rolls for corrosion resistance.

- The machine is supplied with one set of pittsburgh lock forming dies duly fitted on the machine and is supplied complete with 1.0 hp electricals. The production rate for our machine is 26 feet per min. The standard capacity of machine is 0.5mm to 1mm. We can supply you optional auxiliary rolls such as right angle flange rolls, double seam, drive cleat and plain seam rolls. We can also supply optional auto-guide power flanging attachment. This master cast iron body heavy duty yet easy to operate hand operated manual sheet folding machine is having capacity to fold upto 1250mm length x 1.6mm thickness mild steel sheets. This sheet folding machine is very versatile with excellent design features making the operation of this folding machine easy and adjustable to suit the job requirement. The upper beam is supported by operating handle on one side and adjustable counter weight on the other side. The lower beam has the operating lifting handle which moves easily & smoothly. The entire hand folding machine is mounted on suitable fabricated stand for proper height for ease of operation. The fabricated stand is wider at the base for added stability. This sheet folding machine is supplied with one full length standard finger and others as per requirement can be supplied. We can also supply this machine in heavier version to fold sheets upto 2.0mm thickness against specific order. We also have manually operated universal type sheet folding machines with widths of upto 2500mm, hand sheet bending rollers, and power operated pyramid type three roll plate bending rollers.

This is a heavy duty pedestal grinder available in wheel size of 200mm x 25mm for a 1.0 hp capacity grinding machine upto 400mm x 50mm for a 3.0 hp capacity grinding machine with wheel centre distance of 460mm to 670mm. Each pedestal grinder machine is supplied complete with one fine and one coarse grinding wheel fitted at each end with eye shield, wheel guard, tool rest plate and starter. The pedestal grinder machine is fitted on properly ribbed heavy cast iron body stand. Complete coolant system with separate coolant pump, tank, tray and fittings, motorised dust collecting system and drill grinding attachment is also offered. We also offer bench grinders, bench polishers, flexible shaft grinders and abrasive belt grinders upto 7.5 hp in capacity.

This is our master three roll pyramid type plate bending machine of 2500 x 25mm capacity.
We can supply you our excellent quality plate bending rollers as per your exact requirement from 1250 x 3 mm capacity up to 3000 x 42 mm capacity.
