About UsPUNJAB METAL WORKS was established in 1965 as manufacturesr of ELEMS brand Valves in Non Ferrous Metals for Water Services. Today after nearly four decades the company has grown it to a large-scale manufacturer of wide range of Valves-Cocks & Boiler Mountings. These are widely used in India as well as abroad - in various industries viz. Petro-chemicals, fertilizer plants, refineries, ship building, process industries and also by water supply boards. We export our products regularly to a number of countries abroad. Our products are manufactured to International Standards under srtict quality system, which is accredited to ISO:9001-2008, and with ISI & IBR certifications. Our R&D department is constantly improving the design & quality of the existing products & also adding new products to our range. YOU NAME THE VALVE & WE MAKE IT. Quality & customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and in order to achieve this we have got a team of qualified engineers to various stages of R&D, design, production, quality control, marketing, & after-sales-service. We are having our distributors / dealers throughout India who are with us right from the inception of the company, & also agents in a number of overseas markets. Our works is well equipped with the latest machineries & equipment, having a total employees strength of above 150, including technical & managerial staff. We have got in-house laboratory for testing chemical & physical properties of metals, casting and shot blasting facility for the valve castings, machining with CNC machines, and a boiler for testing valves & accessories on live steam. ELEMS Valves are made in various material of construction - Bronze, Brass, Cast Steel, Forged Steel Cast Iron & Alloy Steels, sizes ranging from 4mm to 1200mm depending on the item & material of construction. |
