Shree KHODIYAR PLUMBING & SANITATION, a Contracting Engineering Company, was a venture to grow big, started in 1962, by its Founder Father, Mr Virajlal Bhimani, which now has a full fledged activity in Consultancy, Contracting & Commissioning of many Prestigious Projects, in India & abroad. The group activities are not restricted only to Utility Engineering , Plumbing & Sanitation, but also in the fields of of Water Supply, Fire Detection & Protection, Industrial- Processes & HVAC pipeworks.

The organization has developed its infrastructure suitably, with appropriate Engineering & Administrative Manpower, backed up by Logistics & Strong Financial Control, for sound Engineering skill , robust Financial Growth & Standing in Trade

The scenario is now on a vast fast paced trend of Growth, by the initiation and imaginations of the very thought-full strengths of the Vice Chairman-cum-Marketing Director and Projects Co-coordinating Managing Director of the Group Companies.

This Organizational brainchild of its Founder & Chairman, was born more than 40 years ago, with a simple and modest start for Plumbing and Sanitation jobs

Since then, this Company has taken, its steps forward, with the Leadership of its Founder & Chairman, having a futuristic vision of growth, to its present state of a Multi-dimensional Engineering & Contracting Conglomerate. With the support of Group Directors and specially noteworthy efforts for betterment in its Working Operations and Management, by Vice Chairman & Managing Director.

The growth of the organisation is the result of relationship developed with leading Builders & Consultants achieved by determination, hard work, sincerity, honesty and result orientations.

These efforts resulted in fruitful harvest for the Organizational Growth, to its present internationally recognized status.
