About UsHematic Motors Private Limited was established in 1973 to manufacture Hermetic Motors for Hermetically Sealed Compressor Div. of Kirloskar Brothers Limited. Share Holders of Hematic decided to start a Stamping Div. In the year 1982 as Pressmatic Electro Stamping Private Limited, they further decided to use progressive stamping manufacturing in the new venture. Our present range of products (Stator, Rotor) is 1. Single Phase: Upto and including 3.7 Kw. 2. Three Phase: Upto and including 200 Kw. 3. Laminations: Upto 225 Frame size 4. Special purpose Motors. Presently, we are manufacturing 55 Variants for Kirloskar Copeland Ltd (ECTL), 36 Variants for Kirloskar Brothers Ltd., Dewas, and 19 Variants for Shirwal. Over the period, we have increased our manufacturing capacity from yearly 5,000 to 800,000 sets of Stators and Rotors. We are utilizing both Manual and Auto winding process. In the current year, we have produced 100,000 sets of stator & Rotors per month in the peak season with 4 days lead ¿ time. For other than K¿ Group companies, we manufacture Elevator motors and Stator assemblies for Siemens (4 Varients) ¿ X ray application. We have also completed KBL order of 7 Motors for ¿C¿ Class 130Kw stator, rotor for Canned Motor Pump for NPCIL and Capila Pump for Deemed Export. Started manufacturing of Complete Motors from 2007.
