MAHISA ELECTRONICS initiated manufacturing of HOT MELT COATERS in 2005 for sheet to sheet coating. Further in 2007 they announced their success in developing ROLL to ROLL Hotmelt Coating.

The HOT MELT COATERS can apply almost any type of Hot Melt Adhesive - including pressure sensitive Hot Melts and Hot Melt Adhesives with long open time.

The HOT MELT COATERS are used for glue application in many different applications like: shoe manufacturing, leather goods assembly, foam fabrication, packaging, product labelling, automotive interior parts, plastics, paperboard, corrugated boxes and many other types of product gluing and assembly work.

HOTMELT DISPENSER is penumatically and electronically controlled equipment,
for fast & consistent Glueing and sealing of cartons.
Has varied applications in various industries due to easy
changable nozzles, Selectable Pattern nozzles,
Multiguns adaptability.
Can be synchronised with conveyors, and also Timer control
for glue dispensing is available
