About UsThe journey started in 1974 under the visionary leadership of Mr. D. D. Modi.
From setting up an edible oil factory in Punjab in 1974 to getting listed at the Bombay Stock Exchange, this journey has been a momentous one. From those early days we are today the largest processor of Rice Bran in India. As our expertise and competence at natural oil processing grew over the years, the company previously known as Anil Modi Oil Industries Limited was aptly rechristened as Modi Naturals.
A few milestones in Modi Naturals’ journey thus far:
2010
Launch of Tarai, a mass prestige brand, with its first two products - Mustard oil based products Tarai Shudh and Tarai Tasty +
2009
Launch of Refined Rice Oil by up-gradation of refinery.
2005
Establishment of oil mill in Pilibhit.
2003
Award for 'Highest Processor of Rice Bran in India' by SEA of India.
2002
Merger of sister concern Neha Oils Limited with Modi Naturals.
1992
Establishment of physical refinery in Pilibhit.
1991
Rights issue at par of Modi Naturals equity to existing share holders.
1990
Acquisition of Solvent plant (by sister concern Neha Oils Limited) in Pilibhit.
1985
IPO on Bombay Stock Exchange.
1985
Geographical Greenfield solvent extraction plant (unit 1) in Pilibhit U.P.
