The whole operational work is conducted through state of the art "24x7 Control Room" established at the corporate office and manned by highly professional and experienced defence services officers / personnel.

The operations are based on nodal point cum sector basis and the operational task is headed by senior Ex-defence officer designated as 'Head Operations'. The whole Clientele is divided into sectors, areas and segments. Each Sector is headed by a General Manager Operations and an Area by Area Manager and segments by Field Managers, day and night. The Operational Room consists of the following:

We are proud to state that we are the only security agency who has placed Quick Reaction Team at various nodal points to react to any unforeseen security threat emerging in their respective area of operation like terrorist attack, bomb threat / labour unrest, natural calamities, etc.

We have our Disaster Management Cell in place to be activated in response to any natural or manmade disaster. It has a capability of a maximum of half an hour response time to render necessary assistance in any area of operation by mustering the resources from the nearby locations and reinforce by pooling the resources from other locations.


PRE-DEPLOYMENT PROCESS

The Operational Room gets activated the moment the LOI / client's confirmation is received for deployment. Pre-deployment process consists of simultaneous actions by various sections of the Operational Room which broadly consists of the following:

• Location survey is carried out by Audit and Quality Control Team.
• Client's qualitative requirements are obtained.
• Selection process of various categories of security personnel from existing teams are put into action.
• Once the security personnel are selected they are subjected to 2-3 days training capsule so that client's qualitative requirements are fulfilled.
• The final blue print of SOPs and deployment process is finalized.
• Deployment Team is nominated and made responsible to make the deployment on the given date by the clients.

POST DEPLOYMENT PROCESS

This is the most important phase of the Sentinels Operational Team to ensure that there is no deviation from the client's qualitative requirements and our internal quality control standards. This is achieved through various short and long processes with checks and counterchecks by the operational head. This consists of the following:

• The unit is put on high priority for the next three months to ensure clients and Sentinels requirements.
• Continuous monitoring is made effective by day and night.
• Quality Control cell is directed to carry out surprise checks to determine any dilution of the laid down standards.
• A combined report is compiled to highlight if any corrective action is to be taken by the Field Team.
• Specialized training like Emergency Evacuation Drill, Fire Control Drill, etc are conducted in consultation with the client.
• Monitoring Cell and Quality Control Cell renders regular feedback to the Head Operations.
