Though having a much smaller bath capacity as compared to other competitors,5 Star Galvanizers have been able to carve a niche for itself through its high quality standards and prompt deliveries which is easily reflected in the long list of satisfied customers.The Process for galvanizing employed at 5 Star Galvanizers is a 7 tank process involving:* Degreasing tank for removal of cutting oils, grease etc.* Pickling tanks, (4 tanks of Hcl) for surface cleaning of material* Rinsing tank for washing off excess acids* Pre Flux solution for preparation of surface for galvanizing* Zincbath, 3 m x 1 m x 0.8 m* Quenching tank* Passivation tank to avoid oxidation of zinc coating.The entire material handling of the jobs is done with the help of EOT crane and two electrical hoists. Tapping machines, welding transformers, radial drilling machines are also available for various related activities.
