Our Management

Parmod Jain (Chairman and Managing Director)

Parmod Jain, aged 52 years, holds Bachelor of Technology engineering degree and started his career as a Production Manager. He has experience in the electrical industry. The business established by him in the year 1983 for manufacturing of electrical appliances has grown into the Vardhman Group. He is taking care of overall management and Public Relation. He is well respected for his various social activities.

Subodh Jain (Director)

Subodh Jain, aged 48 years, holds Bachelor of Commerce degree and has more than twenty six years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He is taking care for cooling range of the group.

Vinod Jain (Director)

Vinod Jain, aged 46 years, holds Bachelor of Commerce degree and has more than 24 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He is taking care for heating range of the group.

Piyush Jain (Director)

Piyush Jain, aged 27 years, holds B. Tech and MBA Finance degree, a young and dynamic person. This youthful visionary has flair of Business Leadership, Innovation, Human Resource Management and Public Relations across various cultures. He is also a very active member of new product development division. He is actively involved in the entire process of new product development right from idea generation to conceptualization to commercialization. His knowledge of understanding consumer behaviour and preferences across the boundaries helps the group in presenting new products to the society.

Akhil Jain (Executive Director)

Akhil Jain, aged 25 years, holds Bachelor of Economics and MBA Marketing degree, a young and dynamic person. He has taken the group to a new vision of launching its own brand in a very professional and aggressive manner.

Siddharth Jain (Director)

Siddharth Jain, aged 24 years, holds MBA Finance & Marketing degree. He is assisting the group to find new opportunities.

Sanjoy Das (Vice President)


Sanjoy Das, aged 36 years, holds B. Sc. Electronics and MBA Marketing degree and has more than twelve years of experience into sales and marketing. He has been instrumental in setting up customer networks for Lazer in India.
