Carbon Black, produced from the Tyre Pyrolysis Process is very difficult to consume, sale or dispose off. It is an Environmental and Pollution threat. We have successfully developed the Technology, Process and Equipments to convert the Useless Carbon Black into a very useful Fuel that can be commercially sold and generate additional revenue. Available Waste Tyre Recycling Plant (Pyrolysis Plant)fabricated and Produced in India (Not imported from China) Much better quality and Performance than Chinese plants. Available in 8/10/and 12 Ton per day capacity. design and fabrication facility also available.
Raw material used is waste Tyres or PET bottles. For every 100 Ton of waste Tyre the output will be 400-450 Litres of Furnace Oil, 120 Kg of Steel and 300-350 Kgs of carbon Black and Balance Gases will be recycled to heat the Reactor.Pollution Free process.The Plant has option to use Waste Tyre or PET (Plastic bottles) as the raw material.

We are the Suppliers and Importers of Automatic Brick making Plant. Fully Automatic Brick making Plant with daily production capacity of 1 lac High Quality Bricks of any shape and size. The total manpower required for 1 Lac bricks per day plant is just 7 nos. The approximate cost of the bricks manufactured by the plant is Rs.1.60/- only. This is a complete Automatic plant where manpower is required to load the Clay/Sand on the conveyors and Load the finished Bricks on the Containers/Trucks for dispatch.
