The highly skilled team,involved in production and quality assurance,works hard to ensure that stringent standards of GMP are adhered to. We maintain a dust free air conditioned atmosphere. Utmost care is taken to prevent any cross contamination via the use of air curtains. Our quality control lab is well equipped with required instruments to detect any flaws that may arise at any stage of the production process. Computerization is an integral part of our manufacturing practice, allowing precise control on batch size, inventory and delivery schedules. We pride ourselves on prompt deliveries of the quality products we manufacture.
InfrastructureOur factory is located at the edge of the vibrant industrial township of Vapi,Gujrat, easily accessible from Mumbai. The factory covers an area of about 25000 sq ft. constructed as per GMP and WHO standards. It has been upgraded in 2002 for GMP compliance as per revised schedule M and WHO GMP norms. The factory is well equipped for manufacturing tablets, capsules and liquid orals. We also have the facility to pack tablets in blister pack, aluminum strip and glassin poly.
