QAI Global Services, the consulting division of QAI, addresses Operational Excellence. Organizations achieve Operational Excellence through deployment of best practices and processes in areas of Process Management, Quality Management, Innovation Management, Project Management, IT Service Management and others.

QAI Global Institute undertakes research, houses the Bodies of Knowledge and administers certifications leading to workforce development. It focuses on creating international education and training products and services to address Competence Development, Assessments and Certifications to cater to the large pool of manpower requiring skills for increased employability.

International Software Certifications Board (ISCB) had its beginning in 1980 as the Quality Assurance institute (QAI) which was established as a professional association formed to represent the quality assurance profession. The first Certification began development in 1985 and the first formal examination process was launched in 1990. It covers five major domains and provides internationally-recognized, examination based and vendor independent programs which provide full career paths for people from entry level to experienced professionals.

Edista Testing Institute (ETI) is a subsidiary of QAI providing Talent Acquisition, Management and Transformation solutions in Software Testing to IT organizations globally. Through structured competency assessments based on proprietary competency framework UCFT (Universal Competency Framework for Testing) and with a network of 27+ Authorized Education Partners and programs customized to suit the organization's context, we support organizations in transforming and retaining their talent.

PM Dioxide is the unique platform for all Project Management Offerings from QAI. It offers a wide range of sevices including preparation tools for PMI and PRINCE2® certifications, online trainings and webinars, classroom workshops, eLearning programs, assessments, PM best practices and expertise in the Project Management domain.
