In 1938, Multani family entered into the business of Ayurvedic and Herbal Medicines when Pandit Thakur Datta Multani Vaidya established a manufacturing unit of Ayurvedic & Herbal Medicines at LAHORE (undivided India) He was a renowned Ayurvedic Physician of his time, for over fifty years. After India''s independence, Multani family shifted to Delhi where a larger manufacturing unit was established. After the passing away of his father, Vaidya Jagmohan Datta Multani took, over the business of manufacturing Ayurvedic and Herbal Medicines.

Mr. Pradeep Multani (Son of Late Vaidya Jagmohan Datta Multani) is now the Chairman and he has fully professionalized the Company. M/s. Multani Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is now being managed by a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals like Chartered Accountants, M.D. (Ayurveda), M.D. (Unani), Marketing & Production Experts, Scientists.
The fully Professionally managed company is progressing at a rapid pace, attaining a position amongst the top TEN Ayurveda Cos. No effort is spared to produce, market and export Ayurvedic, Unani, Veterinary and Herbal products of the highest quality & efficacy.
A State of the Art Drug Testing Laboratory and Multani Research Foundation have also been set up in the Uttarakhand Plant of the Co. Here Drug Testing & R & D activities are also carried on.
