Optopac India belongs to optomech group of companies, which pioneered video imaging and optical measuring equipment in the country. The group has fruitious collaborations with Indian space research organization (ISRO) and a Canadian based company Ms Geogory Geoscience LTD Ottawa. Through these collaborations the group had manufactured, developed and supplied several precision made optomechanical and video imaging equipment in more than 100 prestigious organizations across the country.
Optopac India was started by a group of engineers with over 30 years of experience with multinationals companies in development and productionization of packaging machines.
These engineers were instrumental in bringing into the country the packaging Know-how from well known Swedish company Nordan and German company IWKA.
During a short period of less than two years it has established itself as a reliable source of high speed packaging machines such as automatic tube filling machine, cartoning machines, collation and wrapping machines with accessories and spares.
It is catering to reputed customers such as Colgate Palmolive Hyderabad and Goa, Emami LTD Pondicherry, Reckitt Benkiser, Emcure Pharmaceuticals Pune etc.
The company is located at Hyderabad. It has its own well equipped manufacturing facilities for mechanical and electronics fabrication over a built up area of 5,000 sq. ft.
