Diamond Paste The diamond paste offered by us is used for treating surfaces of work pieces comprising diamond powder in a mechanical mixture with surface-active and lubricating (cooling) components. The components of the paste are used in the following quantities (in % by weight): - Diamond powder filler: 30-2
- Green silicon carbide: up to 38
- Aerosil: up to 5
- Surface-active substance stearine: 20-5
- Low molecular weight heat-resistant synthetic rubber: 20-40
- Lubricating cooling substance castor oil: 15-5
- Vaseline: 15-5.

Extrusion Tools Apex Group manufacturers Extrusion Tips with T.C. inserts, Diamond inserts, PCD inserts and tools steel, depending upon its application and Extruder Dies in Tool Steel, T.C.inserts, and Full T.C. The Tips and Dies are manufactured with a T.I.R of 0.01mm(0.0005’’). The toolings are highly polished to ensure even flow of material. Apex Group also manufacturers tooling for profile cables with in house facility of precision CNC Wire Cut and CNC EDM Machines.
Apex Group manufactures different type of Breaker Plates as per requirement. Some commonly manufactured Breaker Plates are-with straight holes, with inverted holes, with through slots, slots in perpendicular directions etc. The Breaker Plates are heat treated so as to reduce wear & tear and provide it longer life.

Natural Diamond Dies MONO DIAMOND consists of synthetic diamond crystals, synthesized under tightly controlled growth conditions. For this reason only Mono Diamond Dies has following fantastic features- - AWD, Mono Dies are free from impurities, crack and defect with in the critical working zone.
- AWD, Mono Dies has low internal strain, ensuring superior fracture resistance
- AWD, Mono Dies are highly thermal stable.
- AWD, Mono Dies has high thermal conductivity, leading to the heat generated being dispersed very quickly while drawing process.
Mono Diamond Dies will draw the same wire types as that from PCD, but these dies are highly recommended for drawing final sizes to achieve high quality and superior wire finish. Apex manufacturers Natural Diamond/ Mono Diamond Dies from 0.05mm to 2.00mm.
