These electrical stampings are used in rotating motors and spinning motors of washing machines etc.

We supply Light Duty Exhaust Fan Stamping and accessories with aluminium shells, aluminium end covers and aluminium hubs.

Our Heavy Duty Exhaust Fans are designed using sophisticated technology to give our clients maximum performance even in the most challenging conditions. The smooth running of the fan is guaranteed by the precise electro-dynamic balancing of the fan impellers and bearing vibration monitoring.

These fans are supplied to the Iron and Steel Industry, Cement Plants, Power Stations, Mines, Chemical Industry, Warehouses, Cooling Towers and to a wide variety of Industrial Engineering Applications.

We have in-house Decarb Annealing facility with an installed capacity of 150 M.T. per month for Decarb Annealing and Bluing of semi processed steel. Under this process the stampings pass through different chambers which are electrically heated, having positive atmosphere with the help of gases so as to reduce the carbon percentage and develop a uniform grain structure thereby reducing the Watt losses of the material.

Progressive die tools are used for manufacturing electrical stampings. We have relevant expertise to make gravity die casting as per international standards adopted to produce industrial die casting globally. • Progressive Die Tools are the most viable for the production of small to medium volume castings, which are, otherwise, uneconomical for the high pressure process. • Our well equipped production system is capable of producing die castings of aluminium & zinc alloys , which consistently turn out accurate, cleanly defined metal parts in smooth or textured surfaces. • Complete range of aluminium shell and hubs for exhaust fans. Two of the major progressive tools are cold roll low carbon steel strips and low carbon steel coils.

We have new generation high quality rotary casting facilities used in varied industries like chemical plants, electric appliances, cooling towers and automobile industry.
