It assist the clients in identifying opportunities, partners, entering India through as wholly owned entities, through JV''s, licensing and franchising in the above areas.

The scope of work includes putting potential partners together, positioning opportunities to potential partners who fit the profile, getting the stakeholders together, facilitating the establishment of the entity, assist in formulating the business plan and the roadmap, assist in getting the resources on board and also execution of their training and deployment.
