ManagementAdithya is managed by the board of directors, who formulate strategies/ policies and review its performance periodically. The directors manage the business of the company under the overall supervision and guidance of the board.
The company promoters have a collective experience of over 75 years in the pharmaceuticals industry in the area of manufacturing and marketing.
Mr. Prasad Madhaiah, promoter and director, has over 2 decades of experience in the production and commercial activities . Prior to starting Adithya, Mr.Prasad was associated with leading pharmaceutical companies having international operations . Mr.Prasad steers the operations of the company at Bangalore - India.
Mr.N.R. Muralidharan, the other promoter and director has got over 2 decades of expirience in the areas of finance and taxation. Mr.N.R.Muralidharan was associated with well reputed companies in India and abroad.
