Description: Indoanushka double window sight glass, are fabricated type window sight glass for application over a wider range of pressure and temperature. Specially designed anti-torque assembly is used in the view glass housing for longer life of the view glass and preventing any kind of damage during installation and replacement of the view glass. Sight glass is provided with unique in-built deflectors for better visibility of flow. Most suitable for high temperature and pressure application with GMP compliance.

Applications: Flash vessels are used for separation of flash steam from high pressure condensate thereby generating useful low pressure steam totally free of cost. Description: Heat Recovery Boiler- is a turnkey solution designed and manufactured by IndoAnushka for heat recovery and condensate handling for any plant. The CHRPS is designed and tailor made based on the amount and pressure of condensate available with the user. The CHRPS is supplied complete with flash vessels for recovery of low pressure flash steam from condensate, interconnecting piping, steam trap systems, trap monitoring systems and pumps for pumping condensate after total recovery of heat at 100 oC by using requisite pumps. In CHRPS an option is available for using either electrical driven pumps or steam driven pumps based on the choice of the customer. The whole system is assembled, preinstalled and supplied on a skid and thereby is easy to install and commission at the plant level. The Dokra Kamar tribes are the traditional bronze metal handicraft of West Bengal. They follow a technique of metal casting known as Dokra, named after the tribe. Dokra system of metal casting is said to be oldest form of metal casting and is technically known as 'cire perdue' or lost wax process. The making of Dokra artifacts. Initially a mould is made by clay according to the shape of the item to be made. Then a mixture with wax, oil and Dhuna( a type of resin) is made to make the carving work on the product they prepare. It looks black and is very soft. With this mixture designs on the base clay mould is made. Then an outer cover is put on the base mould made of sand and clay. Now the entire thing is kept in a pot filled with brass. Then it is put in furnace at a high temperature in order to facilitate the molten brass in the mould having a small hole to take the desired shape. Finally the figure is cleaned and polished

Description: Indoanushka 3600 sight glasses comes with a specially designed split bush arrangement. Housed inside a rigidly designed cage, the split bush design enables the glass to remain practically floating without any direct contact with the end flanges. Application: The STR-YBDV ensures continuity of flow and removal of entrapped particulates simultaneously without the necessity of shutdowns. The sediments can then be removed by closing the top blowdown valve and opening the bottom one. Sholapith is one of the most traditional and famous craft of West Bengal. Shola pith is a milky-white sponge-wood that is carved into delicate and beautiful objects of art. It is a kind of soft reed, growing in water or on marshy grounds of Eastern India, With governments worldwide having banned Ivory trade altogether, Sholapith items have got international recognition for its beauty, eco-friendliness and superb craftsmanship. Craftsmen spend months working on each piece with meticulously working out each and every detail. The color of Shola being pure white and beautiful, IVORY look alike sculptures have started decorating Western homes in Europe and America. In West Bengal the craftspersons involve in this work are known as Malakars. In West Bengal the artist use a special kind of knife called ???Kath??? to shave the stalk. Shaving is done very carefully without damaging the stalk as the main motive is to expose the white core. You also find exquisite figurines like faces of gods and goddesses, elephants, peacock-boats, palanquins, wall hangings and a number of home decorations made of sholapith.

From here starts the journey of about 2 to 3 hrs through muddy roads and semi dense forests to the village of Panchmura ??? the heart land of terracotta art work. ???When the baked artefacts are again put in the oven and heated to about 400 degree centigrade in the presence of cow dung smoke they turn black naturally due to the contents in the soil of this area ???
