Color Reprocessed Granules We deal in a premium range of quality Color Reprocessed Granules. The color grain material is produced by mixing the toner and the plastics materials, extruding the mixture from the extruding machine and shaping the extruded product into granules. The product has stable tinting strength and easier processing craft that does not require any mixing machine. Granules of ABS We are the wholesalers of ABS or Acrylo Nitrile Butadyne Styrene granules that are hard, rigid, and tough, even at low temperatures. They consist of particles of a rubber like toughener suspended in a continuous phase of styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN) copolymer. We offer various grades of these amorphous, medium-priced thermoplastics with different levels of impact strength, heat resistance, flame retardance and platability. Most natural ABS granules are translucent to opaque and they can be pigmented to almost any color. Grades are available for injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, foam molding, and thermoforming. Molding and extrusion grades provide surface finishes ranging from satin to high gloss. Advantages: ABS plastic granules offer a good balance of tensile strength, impact and abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, surface hardness, rigidity, heat resistance, low-temperature properties, chemical resistance and electrical characteristics.

Granules of GPPS We bring you GPPS or General-purpose Polystyrene, the low-cost member of the plastics family. Properties of this amorphous polymer includes hardness, rigidity, optical clarity, dimensional stability and excellent process ability. As GPPS granules possess excellent transparency, mold ability, heat stability and low specific heat, they are very economical in injection or extrusion processes. In addition, because they are available in various grades, the range of choice is very wide, depending on use. Grades are classified depending on manufacturing method, in other words, changes in processing conditions or quantity of additives.

Granules of HIPS We deal in granules of HIPS or High Impact Polystyrene that is generally recognized as the best styrenic material for load bearing applications. Typical applications include food packaging (cups, lids, take-out containers), house wares, office products, and video and audio cassettes. Granules of SAN We are the wholesalers of granules of the co-polymer Styrene Acrylonitrile (SAN) that is used as an anti-slip or abrasive grit, texturizer and filler in coatings and plastic resins. The co-polymer, having a specific gravity of around 1.08 (water=1.0), is dispersed in or broadcast upon a liquid resin or resin system. The co-polymer disperses clear and stays suspended without adjustment or with minor adjustments to the colloidal matrix of the system.
