Blower: These blowers maintain the temperature of heating zone. For better stretch ratio preform should get an equal of heat to its inner wall which protects it from burning.

Neck Cooling System: We provide Integrated Water cooling System with one inlet & one outlet for this conveyor.

ur blowing unit contains:

Hydro pneumatic locking system: We provide Hydro pneumatic locking system which avoids parting line visibility material. Except Lucifer valve, we purchase all Pneumatic cylinder & valve from Mercury Pneumatics.

Microprocessor: This blow unit is equipped with built-in automatic microprocessor, with 40 moulds memory PLC.

Lucifer Valve: Our lucifer valve reduces air consumption. Cost of this valve is three times more than regular valve.

We have framed a strict Quality Management System, which is being followed throughout our organization at each and every step so that the international quality parameters can be successfully met. Our quality control procedures and guidelines are controlled by quality analysts. Our team of analysts has complete knowledge about the quality control processes so that the quality attributes can be carefully adhered to.

PMDC Motor: The motor control has a self-rotation speed of the preform. To attain better quality the preform should get perfect heat in internal part of prefrom body / wall.


Realing & clapper: We offer M.S. realing as a base for nylon clapper & mandrels. This realing is that the preform can move from heating zone that avoids wall thickness.

Pneumatic cylinders: There are 4 pneumatics cylinders in each corner of conveyor. This cylinder controls speed of conveyor with perfect accuracy as per requirement of heating gadget. It assists the conveyor in working smoother & faster.

Our Heating zone / conveyor contain:

Heater (2000W): These are 1120mm long infrared heaters that are lengthier than normal heaters. The traveling area of preform is more than normal machine. The Preforms installed move through a long heating gadget and gets sufficient heat without becoming white. These heaters hang with adjustable pin holder and can be adjusted as per shape & length of preform.
