Our production unit is highly organized, to the last detail and are equipped with state-of-the-art machines to enhance the productivity and maintain consistent quality standards. At Vinayaka Creations, we continuously upgrade our machines and improve our proficiency in this field of operation. We also have in-house electrical generator for round the clock power backup production capacity.

At Vinayaka Creation, right from the fiber development stage to the spinning, weaving and finishing of our product is done in extensive care. Our quality control managers throughly inspect the raw materials procure from our vendors and use the best fabrics like lycra, cotton and leather to produce flawless garments and cloth pieces with exceptional quality. It is to be noted that the raw materials that we procure is immediately treated with required chemicals so that it remains fresh and does not get hard. Storage Facility: Standing on the pillars of contemporary technology we have a spacious warehouse, which has the capacity to store large quantities of products. Our warehouse is also facilitated with 24 hour on-site security and also ensure that high percentage of orders are fulfilled in very short time. Packaging Facility: We also lay complete emphasis on the packaging of all our products. We pack them in cartons and carry bags to ensure complete safety. We also take care that minimum damage is done to the consignment while loading/unloading of the consignment to the final destination. On-Time Delivery: We have a well defined line of distribution management, enabling quick processing of orders. Through our well-defined logistic support and tie-ups with major C&F companies, we make sure our every consignment reach its described destination within the stipulated time-frame.
