InfrastructureOur infrastructure is facilitative, strengthening and supportive. We have a retinue of modern machineries consisting of high performance machines operated by highly trained workers. We have state of the art facilities which are well equipped with modern imported machineries that ensure consistency, quality, timely delivery which conform customer satisfaction.
Manual and Lay cutting machines are used to cut the fabrics as per approved patterns. Latest Sewing Machinery models like Siruba and Juki are installed for sewing activities. Line Production method is followed. Short quantity apparel orders can be processed with ease and speed in present setup.
Skilled Women Workers are employed for a complete inspection and finishing of the garment output and Steam Pressing in Vaccum tables and Packing follow next.
Fabrics : 100% Cotton and Modal, Polyester, Viscose, Polyamide, Bamboo, organic with different blends in cotton and spandex. Jersey, Rib, Interlock, Pique, Fleece, French Terry, Waffle, Drop needle designs and Yarn dyed stripes.
Yarn : We have an excellent network of sourcing any quantity of quality grey and dyed yarns from reputed spinning mills.
Knitting : We have fully automated knitting machines which are capable of knitting designs in Jersey, Rib, Interlock, Pique and Loop knit (with and without Lycra).
Dyeing : Modern ETP Dyeing Unit with AZO free dyes processing having capacity of 25 Ton per day. In addition we also have tie ups with leading dye houses for our additional requirements.
Printing : Our print facilities are capable of printing Pigment, Discharge, HD, Plastisol, Foam, Flock, Reactive, Foil etc with a capacity of 15 - 20,000 prints per day. We can offer quality prints in Water based and Oil based Inks
Embroidery : We have Barudan and Tajima machines with a capacity of 10,000 garments per day.
Finishing : Compacting, Stentering and Balloon Padding ensures good shrinkage on fabrics.Have the facilities of washes on Fabrics/Garments like Vintage, Stone, Silicon, Enzyme and Bio Polish. We provide functional Finishes on Fabric/Garments like Wicking, Antibacterial, Stain Guard, UV, Flame Retardant, Teflon, Fragrance, etc. We are capable of giving finishes like Peaching, Brushing, and Shearing on fabrics.
