We manufacture Standard as well as non-standard cutting Tips , Flats , Rounds etc.In microfine grade carbide or as per ISO specification i.e. P, K & M grades .We too manufacture fully finished tools as per customer specifications.

This category is also called metal forming tools. These applications demand cruital combination of properties like compressive strength, wear resistance, surface finish, hardness, impact resistance etc.

Mining covers one of the largest application of carbide.Traditionally it was used only in coal drilling but nowadays it does very well in stone driling & oil drilling also.

We manufacture D.S. Inserts , Coalaugur Tips , & Button Bits of all styles , sizes and grades . At present our capacity is Two Tonnes a month.

Carbide is used in Slip Guages as traditionally used material (steel) wear to under size in a very less time & hence disturbing accuracy of such a having very crucial tolerances.

Tungsten Copper electrodes is used to satisfy the demand of combination of electrical conductivity resistance to arc corrosion. It is widely used for switch gear conductors or electrodes for EDM.
