Golden Foliage is a sole proprietorship firm headed by Mr. Sandeep Sahni. It has been in the horticulture development/ maintenance field from the year 2002. Initially the focus of the firm was on development of Gardens in Farmhouses. Since 2005 the emphasis is more on corporate work i.e. Horticulture Development / Maintenance for large Institutions, Factories, Housing colonies etc.

The creditability of horticulture has been well established in improving productivity of land.
The sector, which includes fruits vegetables, root and tuber crops, mushroom, floriculture, medical and aromatic plants, cashew nut, plantation crops including coconut, oil palm & others, can be used.

The scenario, in our company is proved the potential of horticulture in agri-business, has encouraged in private sectors activities and in this context, quality management has become important. In addition to above it is in planning of its own Nursery (through which the plant purchases & routed to sites) will be opened shortly.

SCOPE OF WORK

The work undertaken by Golden Foliage is divided into Three Phases:

1. Land Preparation and Earth Work

This is normally done by it but purchases of earth are directly billed to and paid by the client to the contractor. Hence the firm only bills the client for labor charges only. This also scientifically reduces the billing amount of the total work done.

2. Horticulture Development

This is done entirely in-house; all horticulture development expenses including expenses incurred on grassing etc., are billed under the aegis of Golden Foliage.

3. Horticulture Maintenance

Maintenance can be in Two Types

With Material: Material will be replaced on without any cost.
Without Material: Material can provide on request at cost.

4. Sale of Products
Fruits, Vegetables, Grass, Flowers & Shrubs / Creepers.
